I had high hopes for this stay but found the experience quite disappointing. The setting near the thermal river and natural hot springs was lovely, but the accommodations felt old and musty. The hot springs reserved for guests were the highlight, but the dining and spa services left much to be desired. It's a mixed bag overall, with some positives and plenty of areas needing improvement.

This beautiful resort tucked in the mountains is a true oasis for relaxation. The thermal pools and stunning grounds make for a magical experience, perfect for a romantic getaway. While the overall experience was nearly flawless, breakfast could have been more peaceful without distractions from the manager's announcements. The drive to the resort is a bit challenging, but the paradise you find within makes it worth it.
